The workout combine HIIT with Active Rest Training producing fun workouts that burn double the amount of calories in half the time. This process also keeps your metabolism running at a higher rate for up to 36 hours post workout.These sessions are typically led by Curtis which guarantees the ride of your life each time as he ensures that you get the best most effective workout, while keeping you safe and injury free!
