As an expert in his field, his training includes advanced credentials such as NASM, DBC Biomechanics I, and certifications in Strength and Conditioning. His experience even extends to Navy Special Warfare training and being a U20 USATF sprinter. These qualifications aren't just letters after his name; they represent a comprehensive knowledge of the human body and an ability to deliver a science-backed program that is both safe and incredibly effective. To date, Curtis has logged over 25,000 hours of training and has helped over 350 individuals not just see results, but sustain them for life.
