HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)

High-intensity interval training "HIIT" describes any workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest. HIIT is the ideal workout for someone who doesnt have hours to pour into the gym, but looking for similar results. Research shows you can achieve essentially the same fat loss and calories burned in a mere 15 minutes of interval training vs going for an hour long run! Whether it’s losing weight  or trimming and toning, this program will improve your health and have you feeling great.
